What this site collects

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply. If you join Live Wire, we process your email address and, on the full signup page, your first name. We do not use those submissions to build advertising profiles on this site.

How messages are delivered

Form submissions are sent by email using Resend. Your message goes to the inbox configured for this site (not stored in a marketing database on the server by default). Resend’s processing is governed by their policies and your agreement with them.

Live Wire and unsubscribing

If you join the list, you can unsubscribe using the link in any Live Wire email, or by contacting us and asking to be removed.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. No analytics cookie is set, nothing is stored on your device for tracking, and your IP address is never written to our records.

To count visitors without identifying anyone, we convert your IP address and browser type into a scrambled value using a secret that changes every day. The result cannot be turned back into your IP, and because the secret rotates daily, the same person cannot be linked from one day to the next. We record which pages were viewed, the site that referred you, your device type, and your country.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly and do not use third-party advertising cookies. There are no ads and no third-party ad networks on this site.

Content about supplementation, diet, sleep, or ADHD on this site and in Wired for More is general information, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. If you take medication or have a health condition, talk to your clinician before changing what you do.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Their infrastructure may process standard server and security logs (e.g. IP, user agent) as described in their documentation.
